Convenient Pricing Options
We understand the importance of transparent pricing. Our standard delivery cost for each gift is £5.99 ex VAT (£7.19 inc VAT) to a UK mainland address. However, if you're sending multiple gifts to the same address, you can enjoy savings with subsequent parcels charged at just £3.50 ex VAT each.
For bulk orders of 25 or more gifts delivered to the same address, delivery is free.
For orders with specific requirements or going to different addresses, simply Request a Quote, and we'll handle the rest.

Offshore Deliveries
We're committed to reaching your loved ones wherever they may be. If your gifts are for locations outside the UK mainland, simply email us for a quote, and we'll provide you with the necessary information.
Flexible Lead Times
Planning ahead? No problem! Our standard delivery lead time is 2 weeks (for branded gifts). However, we understand that some occasions call for urgency. That's why we offer next-day delivery upon request, provided orders are received by 12 noon on the day of dispatch and subject to availability.
For those who like to plan ahead, specific delivery dates can be selected when Requesting a Quote.
Customer Support
Rest assured, your gifts are in safe hands. We use a track and trace service through our parcel carriers, so you can easily monitor the status of your order. In the rare event that the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will leave a card with details on how to collect or arrange re-delivery. And if any issues arise regarding your delivery, simply email us, and we'll make it right. Your satisfaction is our priority.
