Costs will vary depending the size of the hamper or gift. These are shown in the shopping basket if ordered in singles, starting from £4.95 ex VAT.
If there is more than one gift going to the same address there is a saving - subsequent parcels are charged at £3.50 ex VAT. If you are having 25 or more gifts delivered to the same address, delivery is FREE.
Please note: The above costs are based on all items going to one UK mainland address. If this isn't the case then it is probably best to email your request through for a bespoke quote.
Our standard delivery service is 2-3 Working Days from placing your order (if ASAP is selected) - specific weeks for your delivery can be selected from the drop-down menu. If you want a particular day please email your request to the sales office and we will see if this is possible - it usually is!
Next day delivery is available upon request (via email or phone) providing orders are received by 12noon on the day of despatch and subject to availability.
If you are ordering a number of gifts going to different addresses - all you have to do is e-mail us your address list as an excel spreadsheet and we'll do the rest.
We use a track and trace service through our carriers if you have a query about your order.
All our deliveries are guaranteed and fully insured - should you experience any issues regarding your delivery please phone through or e-mail your enquiry and we will put it right.
We can deliver to any postal address on the UK mainland.
Non UK mainland deliveries will incur a surcharge – please email for an accurate quotation. Online orders can use the 'estimate shipping' cost function within the Checkout.
Deliveries take place on Monday through to Friday during working hours. Weekend deliveries are available but a surcharge will apply, please ring or email us for a quotation.
Many of our gifts cannot be delivered outside of the UK due to import restrictions on the movement of food and alcohol - however, if this is a service you require please ask and we will see what we can do.
Should the recipient be away at the time of delivery, a card will be left stating attempted delivery and will include details of how to collect or arrange re-delivery.
