Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland at the prices quoted next to each gift. However, "offshore" deliveries are available - email or call us for a quotation. 
We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses. 

How much does delivery cost?

Each item has it's own delivery rate, the delivery charge for each item is shown on the product's page below the product description. If you are ordering more than one gift to the same address we can give you a discount and if you are ordering more than 25 gifts to the same address then delivery is FREE. If in any doubt send us an email or 'request a quote'.

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or re-delivered. The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

How will my gift be delivered?

All items are sent in custom-made boxes to protect them during transit.

How can I check they have been delivered?

We can track delivery items for you if you haven't received the tracking text or email. Simply contact us and we'll help you as best we can. 

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can order online for any week-ending date in advance. Use the drop-down function when checking out. Delivery on a specific day is possible but you will need to confirm this with one of the customer services team. A surcharge might be incurred. 

Can I send hampers outside of the UK?

Unfortunately, due to Brexit and its uncertainties, we are unable to send parcels outside of the UK for Christmas 2021.
We are working closely with our couriers and hope to have this resolved for 2022.

However, we do have a list of recommended hamper companies outside of the UK that may be able to help! 

Has my order gone through?

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email (Please check you have typed your email address incorrectly) from the website including your order confirmation in PDF format. If not get in touch with us.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Please call +44 (0)1384 445844 or email us. as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online.

Which cards do you accept?

We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world as well as Paypal.

Can I include a message?

Yes, all orders can include a personal message slip (per order). You can enter this message in the shopping basket when checking out. Please remember to include your own name on the message (if required) as this will not be automatically included.

Where will the message be located?

The message will be printed on a gift compliment slip inside the "Documents Enclosed" wallet on the outside of the gift.

Can I be removed from your mailing list?
