Where can you deliver to?

We can deliver to any address on the UK Mainland at the prices quoted next to each gift. However, "offshore" deliveries are available - use the Estimate Shipping function in your shopping basket or Call 0800 707 6355 for a quotation. We cannot deliver to PO boxes and BFPO addresses. Read More

How much does delivery cost?

Each item has it's own delivery rate, the delivery charge for each item is shown on the product's page below the product description. If you are ordering more than one gift to the same address we can give you a discount and if you are ordering more than 25 gifts to the same address then delivery is FREE. Read More

What if the recipient is out at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered. The gift may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour but this cannot be guaranteed.

How will my gift be delivered?

All items are sent in custom made boxes to protect them during transit.

How can I check they have been delivered?

We can track Delivery items. If you email us or call our customer service department they can track the order for you.

Can I choose a delivery date?

Yes, you can order online for any week ending date in advance. USe the drop down function when checking out. Delivery on a specific day is possible but you will need to confirm this with one of customer services team. A surcharge might be incurred. Read More

Has my order gone through?

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email (Please check you have typed your email address in correctly) from the website including your order confirmation in PDF format. If not get in touch with us.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend an order. You cannot do this online.

Which cards do you accept?

We can accept most credit/debit cards from around the world including Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa purchasing, Solo, Maestro, Amex, DC, Laser and JCB. As well as Paypal.

Is payment secure?

Yes, we use SagePay one of the world's leading online payment service provider. All payments are encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the users browser using 128bit SSL.

Can I include a message?

Yes, all orders can include a personal message slip (per order). You can enter this message in the notes section when checking out. Please remember to include your own name on the message (if required) as this will not be automatically included.

Where will the message be located?

The message will be printed on a gift compliment slip inside the "Documents Enclosed" wallet on the outside of the gift.

Can I talk to a real person?

Can I be removed from your mailing list?
